Sounds easy and yummy!
It helps me to see that I can fix healthy foods for me and my family. I like to see that other children will eat healthier options…I am always on the lookout for new or tweaked foods that my kids are familiar with. Replacing higher calorie items with lower calorie items are great resources. Thanks for sharing the information – definitely things I can try in my own home!
