I love the fitness section of the site, because that’s the area I struggle with the post. The most useful post (so far!) has been: https://heidipowell.net/1330/mix-up-your-cardio-routine-with-intervals/, because I am CLUELESS when it comes to interval training, so I’m trying to learn all that I can.
I have been on a healthier eating life style for the last year and I am always looking for good dinner ideas and fitness tips
Hello, I just started following you on facebook a couple weeks ago and will be following on instagram as well. I enjoy your motivational posts and enjoy the blogs. I am interested in weight loss and recipes, your blog posts are very helpful for me to get new ideas for eating/exercise.
Love all these delicious options for meals!
Love your food blog. I find it really hard to find healthy food that I will actually try and make. Going to try this parm chicken for sure 🙂
Love the Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe. New to the blog but have followed Chris Powell and Extreme Makeover Weight Loss. You both are such an inspiration and have motivate me to start making healthy changes in my life. Keep up the great work.
I’m so making this tonight. 🙂 I love how easy your recipes (and the recipes in Chris’ book) are! My 3-yr-old son is actually trying them and liking them. Score!
I will have to try this. I am an odd duck because I don’t really like chicken unless it’s fried or covered with ooey gooeyness. This may just be perfect. Thanks
I love all of your posts. Be it food, family life or workouts. It is great to see another mom in amazing shape while still being a good mom and wife. I love the look into your life that shows Anyone can do what you do. Busy moms like you inspire other moms to work harder.
Looks amazing! Wasn’t sure what to make for dinner tonight and BAM! Heidi Powell to the rescue. Thanks for helping my family’s table stay healthy and our bellies full and happy !
