Always talking about fitness and health with my family and my students! Teaching middle school students about food science and the importance of good nutrition and exercise is just what I do! Love this excellent resource and will share the good news with family and friends, too! Always looking for healthy food choices and making it a lifestyle, and this site is fantastic!
I love the food blogs like this one. Oh and the fitness is fun too. But family and living are good too 🙂 but the meal ideas are most useful cause I am always looking for new healthy ideas and if it passes the Powell family standards you know it’s good 😉
Love getting exact recipes by the powell pack!
I have a big problem with the food on what to fix. I’m not one that can take anything and make something.
Yum! I know my family would love this meal – esp. with steamed broccoli!
Cant wait to try this!
I just started following you although I’ve followed Chris and your posts on Chris’s site for about a year. I’ve learned so much and I’ve seen your posts. Now, I am very interested in quick, easy, healthy recipes. Having lost 165 pounds at age 54, I’ll have soon lost the final 15 and am wanting good recipes for maintaining the weight loss. I am using the 9-minute videos to add strength training for the first time. So I guess food and fitness are my top two areas of interest. I am going to make this garlic/parmesan chicken recipe – my very first recipe after I go grocery shopping!
I started following both you and Chris on facebook, and look daily for your posts. I am just trying to finish Chris’ book and then plan to start on the turbo cycle myself, I would love to win an extra book for my dad so he can also benefit from all the knowledge you two have!!
This recipe sounds so good. I would love to have the cook book.
Love your recipes. Gives me great ideas for my family.
Thanks!
