  1. Hello! What is the right way to exercise when you are 50 and never done it before? I actually started a couple of weeks ago but I want to do more and learn more to start seeing results!

    Thanks 🙂

  2. Thankss. Thanks for this. Great idea. I’ll have to think up some questions another time! You are a walking testament to everything you teach. Just awesome.

  3. Heidi, on low carb days do I need to not eat any fruits? And what about protein shakes? Are those for high carb days or low carb days? I use vanilla muscle milk protein powder.

  6. I am starting to exercise everyday and have set a three month goal to lose 24 lbs. I am not sure how to go about this. I have four kids and work full time. Can you give me some advice on how to do this? Also what should I be eating?

  7. Hi Heidi,
My husband needs to lose his belly which scares the heck out of me. he tries the elliptical once in a while and occasionally over the years the treadmill (4 times) . my concern now is trying to explain warming up and cooling down. he will come upstairs out of breath from being on the elliptical for 5 minutes. I urge him to slow down first and wait till his breathing is normal when ending a workout. am I mislead by this information?

  8. Unfortunately no, because the shake is high carb. On low carb days, you could enjoy a Bod-e Burn with a fat such as a cheese stick and some veggies.
