This year in I chose to change my lifestyle. I have gone from drinking soda everyday and eating junk food with no exercise to now I drink only water or juice and make healthier food for me and my family. I know go to the gym at least four times a week and feel better everyday. I can now keep up with my son and am enjoying my life again.
Starting a new exercise program for spring theses would come in handy…
I am to go to Warrior Dash on April! Did it two years ago with my then “boyfriend”, now husband! We wanted to make it a tradition but last year was very tough and couldnt make ?s: a priority. Will be celebrating a year of being married on May, a new job for me and an excellent year so far! Mud /obstacles races are a perfect metaphor of a life shared with someone. I want to keep the tradition going! What girl wouldnt have a new pair of shoes for such a special occasion? Only I dont want to be aprincess, I want to be a badass :)A pair of Reebok would be awesome!
My son will be 2 in May. He was born via c-section which also resulted in me having an emergency hysterectomy. It’s been such a hard year getting back in shape both mentally and physically! But just in the past 3 months, I’ve gotten back into yoga and running and am feeling great! We recently moved onto a 5 acre wooded lot and I’ve been dying to get a pair of all terrains and make some trails so these would be my perfect first pair to try!!!
Gave birth six months ago to baby #5. I completely my first 5K when she was only 3.5 months old and I’ve been going strong ever since. I just had my first CrossFit class on Monday and this summer my husband and I are setting up our home garage CrossFit style! #PowellReebokGiveaway
My goal this year is to run a 10K race. If I really want to test myself I will run a 1/2 marathon. I am doing this because it will help show that all the hard work I have done to better myself has paid off. You can’t get the reward if you don’t take the risk!
SO cute! Reebok is my fave!!
Moved myself and animals across country, in process of buying house & starting CF gym while training for my first CF comp & traveling for seminars/certifications. After being apart for our 5 years of marriage, I’m doing this so my husband can come home from Afghanistan to live his dream of helping people enrich their lives through Crossfit and for us to finally be together for more than 3 months a year. Can’t wait to live, train & play with him side by side instead of webcam to webcam!
Every parent knows how difficult it is to make time for yourself. As a single mom of a 2.5 year old boy, my life become much more complicated when I was in a car accident in August of 2013. Prior to the accident I enjoyed hiking, snowboarding, yoga and running. After the accident much of my physical motivation, strength and mental discipline had dissipated. I recently started physical therapy. I want to reclaim the life I had prior to the collision, and improve my lifestyle, so my son can enjoy all of the fruits of life. Everyday I am working on physically pushing myself through stretching, light weight training and endurance exercises, so I can get my strength back and be the mommy my awesome kiddo needs! Hopefully by early summer, we will be back on the trails!
I’ve lost 120lbs since 2011. Since this year I FINALLY don’t need to focus on weight I am focusing on getting strong! I will be doing my first obstacle race, learning Crossfit better, Journaling and planning. I plan to add 50lbs and deepen my squats. I’ve never done an unassisted pull-up, this year I will do 8. I will be listening to motivational speeches at least 1 time a week about goal obtainment. My family is now carb cycling and I am hoping to help motivate friends to do the same. This year is goal year!
