  1. I’m running the Warrior Dash this summer. I had to pitch my shoes after last year’s race and am conflicted on which pair of old shoes to wear this year.

  2. I will definitely appreciate a pair of reeboks all terrain. I havnt found any shoes that will fit my purpose and due to been military they get used a lot. Currently training for Ranger school and considering that Im almost 40 a good pair of shoes will be great for my feet. Keep on doing what you do Chriss you have the blessing of transmitting good vibes….. Thanx brotha!!

  3. I joined a weight loss challenge at my gym earlier this month and lost 3 pounds and 6 inches in the first week! I’m working with a trainer there and I have signed up for Mud Factor and Rugged Maniac mud runs this year. I did them last year and had a blast, but my shoes kept falling off! My 4 year old daughter will be doing the kids Mud Factor event too. I will be graduating from law school in May and plan to use training as a good study break from studying for the bar exam in July.

  4. I’m only 20 years old. Doctors have told me that I have the knees of a 75 year old. I was told never to run. I am not a runner – however, I?m a girl who pushes boundaries given to me. Once told this, I decided to test myself. Last November, I ran a half marathon through Disney World – in 1 hour & 45 minutes. Without training a single day. The moment I crossed the finish line, I knew I could go farther. This year ? I?m taking on the Savage Race. To not only push myself, but to succeed.

  5. I’m doing an entire year challenge, here’s how it works; 52 weeks represent 52 cards in a deck. Each week I draw a new card and do 34(20+14) reps of that particular exercise every for 7days until I draw a new cards. I do jumping squats, burpees, push-ups or leg sweepers. I can tell you, the back to back weeks of burpees are a killer. I do this on top of my crossfit WOD’s. I’m also doing my spartan trifecta this year, AROO! I really could use a pair for my upcoming spartan races 😉

  6. I’ve always wanted to be thin, strong, and in excellent fitness condition, but I’ve never achieved those goals. So, I signed up for a 5K in March and September, a mud run this fall, and more importantly, a triathlon in June. Do I swim, run, or bike? Not currently, but I’m pushing myself to accomplish a goal I never thought was possible. This is something I’m doing for myself, and with some dedication and hard work, it will happen. Thanks to y’all for all of the inspiration – your show and blogs really help with motivation! 🙂

  7. Last year I completed a spartan race trifecta with my 15 year old son in old shoes. This year our goal is to complete a spartan race double trifecta(but may complete a triple) a warrior dash together and I am running a tough mudder. My son and I run together and it’s great bonding time. Plus it teaches him that there’s no obstacle in life that he will come up against that he can’t overcome. It would be great to be able to compete this year with a new pair of these reebok shoes and pitch the old ones

  8. I am going to wholeheartedly trust that I am being directed into something better, instead of despairing. I am not going to gain anymore weight, and am going to focus on eating clean, getting my exercise in ways that brings me joy, and sink gratefully into every moment. This may sound easy, but with the incredibly huge things I am going through, it will be a triumph of of my mind, body, and spirit!

  9. Im following the carb cycle, to feel great about my body but also about my mind. It really help me not craving for food and eat normal portions. Im also training at the gym right now because it fit really well with university time but cant wait for golf time!
