  1. Last month I decided I had waited long enough to get healthy, so I have started my fitness journey. I’m a mom of 3 littles, work part-time, and homeschool my kiddos. I would love a new pair if shoes!!

  2. In September of 2010 I lost my father to a massive heart attack, he was 52, I was 23. From that moment I vowed to myself I was going to get healthy and live right. Through stress and loss of time I did not accomplish that goal until November of 2013 when I found my home at CrossFit Arcane. My mental, physical and emotional limits are going to be put to the test when I compete this year in the CrossFit Open. My goal is to prove to myself that I am strong in mind body and soul.

  3. This year I am going to run my first 5K! June 7th! I am doing couch to 5k now to train for it. I also have two of my coworkers joining me also. This will be their first 5k too.

  4. I am testing my physical and mental strength by running in my first half marathon. It is April 6th in St. Louis and I’m scared I can’t finish. Two years ago I weighed 275 and NEVER worked out. Today I weigh 189 and am on my way to healthy living. The furthest I have run so far is 5 miles. I have a lot of training to do. I would LOVE to wear those shoes across the finish line of my first half. Thank you.

  5. I am testing bothmy mind, body and spirit this year by opening my own wellness coaching business. I have found personal success in weight loss and now I want to focus on teaching women, teenagers and individuals with disabilities how to exercise for weight loss success. I want to teach them that you can change your life for the better at any point of time once you make the commitment.

  6. I test my physical and mental strength every day. Almost one year ago I started my healthy living lifestyle and I’ve lost 40lbs! I attend boot camp 5 days a week (because I love it now…I used to fear it) and on Saturday I run or do kickboxing and then end my weekend with hot yoga. I love being challenged and look forward to the burn. This may I’m doing my first 5k obstacle mud course (Lozilu) and those shoes would be awesome!
