I have been chasing my goal weight for many years. This year I kicked my weight loss with the challenge game that Chris and Heidi are leaders of. A few more days to go and then I am on my own. I also have taken a few bad food out of my diet and added more healthy food to it. I am trying my best to beat this. I hope to transform even more with a new pair of Reeboks. Thank you.
I am just getting back into fitness and would really love to win a pair of these as would be a perk and help me be motivated 🙂 I want to make sure at 47 I am healthy for not only myself but for my family and friends who love me. I especially need to be healthy to make sure I can help my elderly parents which includes lifting and helping out around their house.
I’m testing my mental capacity by getting my masters degree in exercise science. It is by far the most challenging thing I’ve ever done but I’m passionate about exercise and spreading fitness to others. You both inspire me!
The thing I am committing to this year is to run my first half marathon!! Since January 2013, I have lost over 70 lbs and now can run almost 5 miles straight!! I have become passionate for trying new things, getting ready to learn how to rock climb in the next month, and if the funds work right going to sign up for the mud run in October!
Ever since your show it has motivated me to take better care of myself and family. My children even are motivated. We now have a work out plan and are eating healthier. 6 times a week. Keep up the good work on your shows and posts on FB! Love it! Thanks
I have just recently signed on to be a beachbody coach. What I love best about this opportunity, is being able to help those who need a little motivation to get started on their journey to reclaiming their health and life! I was inspired by watching Chris help others and how encouraging he was. I would love to work on getting my personal trainer certification this year. I just registered to run my first half marathon later this August in Mesa Falls and have plans to do some hiking this summer in the beautiful Teton Mountains. I love the outdoors and being active and am excited for the new experiences I will have this upcoming year!
Trying to not only go Paleo, but more of a veggie focus, after having back to back metabolic surgeries (total thyroid and total hysterectomy) which thus added a ridiculous amount of weight on. Im also not giving into the quick fix of surgery, as a way of relief.

This year I’m testing myself mentally with maintance. After losing 110 pounds it’s been tough switching gears. I’m looking forward to focusing soley on my fitness my fitness now that I’m at goal.
Hello Chris and Heidi, this passed year I was weighing 255lbs now currently weigh in at 205. This may I am doing my first Spartan Super. I was really motivated the first time I saw Chris’ show. I now have been doing CrossFit for a year and plan on getting a level 1 certification this year. I would love to try out a pair for my spartan race in may.
