My fitness goal for 2014 is to walk in at least 1 timed event monthly, and to walk a half- marathon by December. As of today, I’m two events- two months, so I’m on track! Today’s 10K was at my fastest pace to date!

Would love to win a pair of the shoes
I’m trying to be more active, hit the gym more, walk more. Trying to make this year my year to get more healthy.
This shoes look like they could withstand some major use. I tend to run thru shoes so quick (no pun intended)
I have slacked off on my exercise and I am wanting to be more active. I am also helping my girlfriend be more active. We want to do a wall climb, rock climbing and sand dunes by the end of the year. I have been jogging more and am eager to try events like the mud runs and such.
I have made the choice to live a healthier lifestyle, which for me tests both my mental and physical capacity. It requires an increase in mental strength on my part to cut out processed foods, say “no thanks” to various treats offered to me at social engagements, and to get myself to the gym! Once I’m AT the gym, that’s when my mental strength starts testing my physical! I signed up for your dietbet and I’ve lost over 8 lbs in 28 days with simple, positive changes. Thanks for the mental motivation. 😉
I am challenging my body to its fullest capacity this year. I am running a half marathon a month, doing a tri in May and planning on entering a figure competition by the end of the year. I got so tired of hearing myself say I couldn’t do something because my heart rate stays in the 200 range. I have set out to recondition all of my muscles to include my heart all with diet and exercise! I am hoping to inspire even one person to face the obstacles that keep them from achieving their goals!
OH please I really need these. I am over weight but still trying to train for a 5k in April here in Leavenworth. They would so help me!
