  1. Chris is truly a genuine guy. No other TV program gets to the heart of someone struggling then he does! I’ve looked at my life and have started changing my eating habits and started working out. My goal is to run a 5k without stopping! Thank you both for your motivation, caring and love for heather lifestyles! Be blessed! Love y’all!!

  2. Hi love you guys although I can do alot physically cause I have spinal bifida I will never give up trying love the shoes.

  3. I have just finished a 24 day challenge from Advocare and that was the start of my health jumps tart. Next up… Running and hiking. These shoes would help my running in the rain and snow. And with a disabled husband my bank account can’t help with my dreams too much!! Ty

  4. I’m ready to test my body and get back to 5k’ing it!!! Been too long since I challenged myself! Ready to get up off the couch and train for a color run! Lol! 🙂

  5. To test my own mental and physical capacity I am doing a multitude of things. I am taking the fire exam for it has been my dream to always be a firefighter. I am currently an ascm personal trainer and growing my educational skills in both fitness and nutrition taking class and reading several books including Body by science and nasm textbook. I have also started teaching 4 new and soon to be 5 classes this year on top of training my clients…so branching out with new experiences.

  6. I’m always trying new ways to keep from plateauing in my workouts. From the gym to cross fit to outdoor running and trying to find new trails I can take my dog & keep it interesting. I’m hoping to try a Spartan Race this year!!! I’ve been looking for a good pair of shoes! I always have a tough time finding shoes that are comfortable and provide enough support for my feet and ankles? we all know that problems can work their way up from there! These look like they’d be perfect! I would love to give them a try!!!! Please!?!?

  7. I’ve gotten into yoga this year. I really love it, I’ve also combined it with simple stretching and light weights. It’s a great stress relived and helps me feel better overall.

  8. Going to do my first ever half marathon this year and this is huge for me cause I hate running. But my 5 year old runs and has a few medals so I want to show her I can do it too.

  9. Well after 18 months of feeling sorry for myself and doing nothing I have just started crossfit to shed the 30lb weight gain I endured after a cross country move to better my ex husbands career and give up everything I worked for . I have also signed up for 2 half marathons in March/April and all time challenge is the spartan beast in sept me and 3 gf are going to conquer! Tired of sitting back and doing nothing so here I am getting my sexy back;)
