Now, these shoes don’t even come out until March 15th, so the winners will be the lucky few who get to rock these shoes early! 🙂
And here?s the best part: I?ll be giving away 3 women’s pairs, and Chris will be giving away 3 men’s pairs :). Yes. You read that right?that?s 6 pairs of shoes! Are you excited yet?!

Hello! I am going to be setting 4 week goals this year. I have already started my first one and am very proud of myself. My first four week goal was to eliminate my heavy soda / tea habit. I have not had any tea or soda for four plus weeks. I am going to continue on with that goal and now add my second four week goal which is to walk more and gradually move up to and past ten thousand daily steps. I am morbidly obese and I just cannot remain here…it is not my destiny to remain at a stand still. I am made for more and the time to regain my life back is now!
I am hoping that a new pair of training shoes will ease the new pain I have. With 2 arthritic hips, the cushioning in the new Reebok shoes hopefully will soften the impact of walking and stop some of the pain of standing.
I’m changing my life this year. After years of being unhappy and struggling because I didn’t want to fail I quit school this year. About 5 weeks ago I started to eat healthy and started moving more. I go out to run, ride my bike to the store or to the city, buy and eat healthy food. I was depressed for about four years. For four years I’d been eating pizza/chocolate/chips/etc with the occasional plate of spinache. I’d sometimes not come out of my house for weeks, unless I absolutely had to. This year is finally going to be better that the previous one. After just two weeks of eating right I felt different. I had so much more energy. So I can;t really give you one thing that I’m doing this year. I’m doing so much to finally be happy. Not too much though, I have realistic goals. And a very healthy best friend who helps me every step of the way. Last thursday I wasn’t doing so good and I’d been eating chocolate. She hopped on a train and we went out for some tea so she could remotivate me. And she did. Anyway. Long story! Sorry! Just really excited! About an hour ago I signed up online for mudmasters, which will be in a few months. It’s like this all terain race with obstacles. My roommates do it every year and I’ve been wanting to do it but never believed I could. Now I do! By total coincidence I just read a facebook post about winning these shoes. Don’t even know if I’m elligable because I live in the Netherlands. But just thought I’d try anyway! 🙂 The end! You guys are an inspiration!!! I always watch the weightloss show online. 🙂
I am recovering three years later from contracting the H1N1 flu strain in 2011. After a 30 day coma and almost four months in the hospital, I am almost back to 100%! It hasn’t been an easy road and I have gained a lot of weight from the 22 different medications I was on just to stay alive. Today I don’t take any meds and I can finally feel my feet they were both numb and painful from the entire ordeal. This is my year 2014- I want to lose the weight I just invested in a gym membership and a nutritionist. Now I just need the kicks to complete my journey!!
I have been doing Zumba and Insanity to prepare my body for the color me rad run… I have had three kids in the last 4 years and want to get back in shape to keep up with my babies and be the best mommy I can be!
I had rotator cuff surgery with scapular shaving 3 months ago and 4 days post surgery I was back on the elliptical! I refuse to let this surgery keep me down – I train and learned to modify to keep myself active through my rehab which has been very challenging and painful. I hope to do a sprint triathlon by August – and my 2nd Diva Dash in the Fall 🙂
This year I am doing my first duathlon in May with my mom and my first triathlon with her as well in September. I will be doing my second Tough Mudder in November and hope to concur more obstacles than I did last year! One day I will do a Spartan Race, I am going to the Spartan Workout to get a feel of it.
I’m changing my life this year by starting the nursing program at Towson University to provide a better life for my family. It has been extremely hard to juggle work, exercise, school and still have a social life. In two years, I know it will all be worth it and I will have a fulfilling career helping more people stay as healthy as possible.
Running…just started picking it up with a goal to run the Disney half in January. Go big…and have fun…or go home. This year is all about me and pushing myself outside my comfort zone.
I am making the choice to make time for me this year. As an elementary teacher, wife, and mom of two boys, ages almost 16 and. 20..its time for me now. I have been walking, riding my bike, and. using Chris’ dvd’s.Both you and Chris are such great role models living a healthy lifestyle. thank you for all you do for me and everyone else who loves you too.
