This year i am challangeing myself to be a superstar to my son who is autistic.to me he is the hero in the challenges and feats he accomplishes every day this is what tests me daily in the ways of being a parent and to be healthy and strong for him and me is the optimal goal to help him achieve his dreams
Ive been working on my weight for awhile now and just saved up enough money to buy a treadmill but my son decided to let the dog play with one of my running shoes! So now I have one… I don’t have alot of running shoes well I only had that one pair so this would be very nice (: I also go hiking alot and had to wear boots today.. mehh. Anyway yeah 😀 this would be amazing!!
Just started the Biggest Loser @ my place of employment. A new pair of shoes would come in handy now.

Thank you for the chance! I’m very grateful for the opportunity to get new shoes. I’m releasing weight that I’ve carried for many years, due to trust issues from sexual abuse. This is my year! I want to run five 5k’s and two 10k’s, while trying for a triathlon next year! I have over 120 pounds to go, but I know I will do it!
I could really use these for my first ever 5k ” Color Run”. So proud of myself for getting healthy and losing 112 lbs!! Woot woot!
2014 has started off with a bang. My baby girl is now one and in to everything. I new it was time for a change. I am participating in a fitness program in Kansas City. Since January one I have lost 44 lbs and am on my way to a healthier me for my sweet baby girl so we can do all kinds of things together. Thank you for your consideration.
My goal this year is to run consistently (3x+/wk). It keeps me sane, some people like to write in a journal or diary, I love to run even though I’m not very fast. I have hypothyroidism and i have been slowly getting back down to a better weight by eating better and running.
After quietly & personally making my own lifestyle changes b/c I knew it was time, I was approached by several different ladies who were allow looking to start their own transformation journeys & apparently were inspired to do so by what they saw me do. I felt like it was my calling to do my best to help & encourage these ladies, especially since I know what it was like to do it alone. My group of 1 is now a group of 6!!! We all workout & are stretching ourselves in different ways. 2 of us are training for a marathon; 2 are training for a half marathon & 1 is training to complete her 1st 5mile race! I’m doing this b/c I never thought I could do a marathon & I’m encouraging these women b/c it brings pure joy in my heart to see them reach goals they thought they never would accomplish!
