I’m trying to encourage my husband to do some trail walking with me this sprint and summer. I love bright colored fun shoes like this. I’d be so grateful to win these.
I would love to wear these to motivate me to exercise and walk my dogs..i need to exercise really bad..so out of shape. it really motivates me when i wacy Chris’s show. Thank you and continue to bless. 😉

I’m quickly approaching my 39th birthday in March. Realizing that this is my last full year in my 30’s I’ve decided to “do more” this. First, I’m not a runner and never have been however last week me and my BFF signed up for the Sabino Canyon Sunset run in April. That’s 7.5 miles!! Are you familiar with this run?? It’s in Tucson. Am I crazy?? This will be my ultimate physical and mental challenge. #PowellReebokGiveaway

I am changing my mindset about how I feel about myself – I am seeing myself in a totally different light – I am good enough, I am worth it, I am amazing! I have never felt this way about myself ever! I appreciate both of your words of wisdom and encouragement every day.
I just turned 40 and have been thinking a lot about my future. The past 5 years have been filled with the loss of my aunt, the diagnosis if breast cancer with my mom & the death of my step father. As I look at these life changing events, I have come to realize that life is precious! This birthday milestone have be the determination to put me first. To become a healthier person through diet, exercise and God. I cannot fathom my children going through premature heartache when I know I have the power to make a change. This is my time to make a difference and set an example for my three boys…
Oh I would love a pair of these, I am doingthe Sparten Rin in Philadelphia and these would help me out so much.

Living in Utah I Crossfit with Crossfit games champions and lots of shoes come and go but I have yet to find the right pair so I Crossfit Barefoot.. Would these work???
