To test my mental & physical strength this year I’ve signed up for my second half marathon in Tofino, British Columbia! I did this last year walking with a time of 3:23 (a ton of hills) this year I’m going to beat my time by at least 15 minutes! It may not seem like a lot but it will be a huge accomplishment for me! Would love to put these shoes to the test!
My husband and I are trying to become healthier and more active. I have a pair of shoes I like for running errands, but they are only good for outdoors on flat or paved surfaces. One of the things that motivates me the most is spending time outdoors, in the woods and on the trails. I have long wished for a good pair of hiking boots, but I think these shoes would be he best of both worlds- the comfort of athletic shoes with the all terrain soles! What could be more suitable for what I have in mind?
All my Life I have been struggling with my weight always being over. In this past year I told myself that I have had enough and want my health back. For the first time in my life I am able to run not one mile but multiple miles without failing. I still have a ways to go to be where I want but I’m not going to give up because I know that Health is the best think out there. I am doing a challenge at my school to try and get coached into working out and learning the best way to do it. In the next year I plan to do a Tough mudder to proove hat I can do it! So I have been working on training for it already! I want to do this to show my dad it can be done and help him do that same thing! This is really important to me and is a challenge to myself! #PowellReebokGiveaway
This year I am training for my first triathlon. This month I finally was able to run more than 1 mile straight for the first time in my life, so I want to continue to push myself to new limits. Going to do tri for the cure. I’ve accomplished so much physically and mentally in the last month, I can’t wait to keep going.

Ooooh I wouldn’t mind giving these puppies a try!!! They look pretty sweet!
I’m 50 years old and just found out I’m a Diabetic. So I’m working really hard to lose weight,I joined a gym and a group called napa the biggest lister. I already lost 27 pounds ,I want together to my goal by June
My 18 year old son ran his first mud run last year and I was the cheering section. It looked like so much fun and such a great challenge (I’ve never run a race before in my entire life) that I set it as my goal to try my first one this next time around. I started out with a half mile walk to recover my health and now can walk 3+ miles with ease and have begun interval strength training. I have recruited a team of 4 other mothers to run with me!
I am a girl who has always played it safe in whatever I do. This summer I have applied to work out in Colorado at a YMCA camp with a program through my college. This is going to be challenging for me mentally because I have never gone to another state for 3 months without knowing anyone there. It will be physically challenging for me because of the many outdoor activities that I could be leading people on. Even though I may be somewhat terrified of going out to Colorado I am also ecstatic for this wonderful opportunity that I have.
I’m doing more activity and less sitting!
