  1. My husband and I have made a new years resolution to lose weight and so we joined Weight Watchers. I am down 10 lbs and my husband 15!

  2. Never really thought the shoes could make a difference in performance or affect your workout in a negative or positive way as long as they were a good brand name. Would love to have a chance to find out.

  3. I am turning 50 this year! I am sooo excited! I am a junior high PE teacher and when I told my students the other day I’d be 50 in September they said no way! I would rock these shoes in class and my work outs!

  4. Dear Powell team,
I started to watch your show “Extreme weight loss” and it really motivated me. I’ve always been fat but last February, I got to my highest. I’m only 21 years old and I want to live life fully. I lost 20 pounds and have been plateau-ing for the past 3 months. I’ve still got to loose 20 lbs, just to be in my healthy BMI range. I would like to get there, keep the weight off and this year, participate to my first mini-marathon. Even tough I don’t have anyone close that shares my goal, I have never been that determined! For me, finishing a race would mean not letting my mental take over my physical!

  5. Hello Heidi and Chris! Your show has been such a true blessing to me!! This year I’m training for my first ever 5k,sponsored by my church, to bring awareness to human trafficking-an issue very close to my heart.I’m proud to take part in this and raise my fitness level. I’ve been eating clean since the beginning of the year, I have fallen off track a couple of times, but I refuse to throw in the towel. I would love to rock those awesome shoes while training and definitely for the 5k! 🙂 Thank you!! 🙂

  6. Would love some new Reeboks!! Am planning to do 2-3 5ks this
Year and a mud run. I am working to lose 30 lbs, and to be
a healthier, happier wife and mommy. Lif e is hard, I will give you no sob story. We all have a story to tell.
Love you guys and am huge fan of the show!!! Never miss it! You both are just amazing!!!

  7. I will be doing a half triathlon this year, I started training and doing sprint and Olympic triathlons last year at the age of 50 and this year I would like to completea half and hopefully will do a full in the near future..I have been a runner most of my life but am really enjoying the bike and swim portion of triathlons. I also like doing mud run with obstacles in them something different to do for fun. Would love a new pairs of shoes to run the trials in, my biggest goal is to stay injury free.
