  1. I joined a running club and committed to doing a 1/2 marathon in October. Doing it for my health and to inspire kids with JDM.

  2. I am running my first half marathon in May (going from never having barely run more than a 5k) and I am considering a trail race, full century and sprint triathlon. This is the girl who was over 250# 2 years ago!

  3. This year I made a goal to follow a journey to fitness. Last year, in May, I was diagnosed with celiac disease which affected my health including my weight at 201lbs. For me, a single mom of two, I needed to look for ways to improve my health. Since November I have lost 6 inches in my waist and 5 in my hips, my journey isn’t over. I eat clean, 6 meals a day, and lift. Follow me on Instagram robin1205 to see progress pictures. I am training for the Cap city quarter and hoping to run a Sartan race in Ohio. I am determined to honor God with my body and teach my children how to live a healthy lifestyle.

  4. I am going to try a race called mud, sweat, and tears. Its a 12 or 6km course similar to tough mudder. I’ve done 10km and half marathin races and really want to test my physical and mental capability. Plus it looks like a lot of fun getting down in the mud.

  5. Things I am doing this year, I am signed up for the Breast Cancer walk/run. As well as I started to take the stairs at work, all of these things are a push for me (especially since I work on the 15th floor). All of things things are challenges to me and eventually I want to do a nice mountain hike or even do the OK marathon… all future pushes, and challenges.

  6. I’d love to win these shoes! My goal is to lose 50 pounds this year, starting with the dietbet going on right now with you and Chris! A reason I’d like to shed the weight is to do more fun stuff like Spartan races- so this would be great!

  7. Now 50, and recently divorced after 29 years, I have no one to answer to except myself. I think joining Dietbet has kick started something inside me. I seem to be more aware of the foods I am eating, the portion sizes and why I am eating. It isn’t hunger most of the time, but seems to be boredom and other emotions. I am hoping to get off some of my medications and need to work on exercise along with the weight loss. But I am happy with my progress so far this year. One step at a time.

  8. This year, I’m trying to work out every day and attempt to burn 1000 calories or so during each workout. I just want to be in great shape and reap the benefits of continuing to live a healthy lifestyle. These shoes would be a superb addition to my workout plan!
