This is very helpful. Thank you.
My mental goal is to overcome my fear of doing 1 1/2 hours of cardio exercise at the gym in order to remain slender. I have always had the fear that if I dont do ____ min of cardio that I somehow will magically gain 30 pounds. My goal is to focus of strength training and doing cardio less.
I would love to win a pair. My husband and I are training for our own fist Spartan race in October. I am hoping this helps me get into shape and I am desperately due for another pair of shoes. I have worn mind out.
You would think the countless hours I spend walking and dancing around my third grade classroom, I’d burn enough calories to lose a few pounds! HA! Well, I am always in motion but haven’t quite lost what I want to lose. I recently bought a home gym thingy and a treadmill on Craigslist. My intention is to move more, eat less. Having a spiffy new pair of shoes to rock it would be just what I need to get motivated! I could also wear them to our “Family Fun Fitness Run” at our school! We run each week after school and end with the family run. I’m ready!
I’ve been dying to try a mud race, but being obese I have some weight to lose to make it practical. I’m loyally following a healthier diet and regular exercise schedule, so I know I’m on my way. A pair of awesome new shoes tried out by the amazing Powells would be a great addition to helping me kick some butt in the mud! By the way, love seeing both of you on Extreme Weight Loss!
Looking forward to my sister’s wedding and I’m planning one getting more outdoor exercise this year. i plan to add hiking to my list of to-do’s. Hoping to style those bright colored4reeboks on Virginia countryside
Since the year 2014 started I have been working out, no for beauty, but for health. I’m always inspires by your programs and I always want to do the exercises that you recommend.. Looking forward to win this;)
I have my entire family drinking Bod-e shakes after my brother beat stage 4 non-hodgkins with the help of his Vemma. He is now training for his second 1/2 marathon! He inspired me to start teaching a strikefit class and help my friends to get healthy too! I’ve always enjoyed fitness but teaching a class has challenged me to help others to love fitness too in a fun way!
I have decided this year that i need to make a change in the ways i do my work outs. i want to try and do something new, different and exciting to switch things up. I want to start but doing different runs like the spartan race, tough mudder and others like it. I am not a big fan of doing cardio and thing this will make it a fun way of adding it to my workout.
I’m turning 50 this year! I want to start the “3rd Quarter” of my life being the best I can be! I joined PF (I haven’t been in a gym in 22 yrs) and I’m strength training, lifting weights and stretching!
