  1. Can’t wait for these shoes to make there Appearance on the shelf. Can’t wait to try them out in Miami super spartan.

  2. I have become both a runner and a hiker in the past year from being a total couch potato my whole life. This is very challenging being a person that is about 75 pounds overweight. I keep pushing on thoughto meet my goals. I have become an ACTIVE person who has a new love for the outdoors.

  3. This year I bought a weighted 40 lbs vest. I started out wearing about 20 lbs and plan to increase weight in my vest. Since I started wearing the vest my workouts have been more intense and I am hoping to increase my endurance. By the end of the year I want to have all 40lbs on the vest and reaching different goals each time. I am very excited about this year as I have become more health conscience and driven to be in better shape.

  4. This year, I have decided to be able to RUN a 5K by the end of the year. I have been overweight my whole life and from 2011 into 2012,I lost 70 lbs. I’ve recently gained some back, and I want to get back on track, get fit, and hit my 100 lbs lost mark. Running a 5K would be such an accomplishment for me, because running terrifies me! Wish me luck! 🙂

  5. This year I am focusing on full body fitness. I want balanced strength. As a running lover, I neglected my upper body. So to help out with my goal, I am training to do the Spartan Trifecta and the Rambling Rose Triathlon. For true health and fitness, it takes working all facets! My goal in 2014!

  6. Nine months ago I was morbidly obese. Today I completed a 5k in Tampa and I’m training to complete a sprint triathlon next month in Ocala. I’m no longer morbidly obese and now having consultations for skin removal surgeries. Never again!
