so is it 2 cups or 2 scoops?
scoops 🙂 The recipe has been fixed.
Yes.
Just tried to make these and I should have read through the comments first. I used two CUPS of protein powder and I should have only used two SCOOPS. A little frustrated because protein powder is expensive, as is peanut butter.
So here goes my second jar of peanut butter and two more SCOOPS of protein powder. I’m still excited to try these. I hope they are as yummy as everyone has said.
These were just phenomenal. I made them for my mother who is diabetic and she just loved them. I didn?t understand the reason behind heating up the peanut butter, so I didn?t do it. I just mixed the PB with the honey. When that was smooth, I added the protein powder. I only added two scoops because two cups seemed like an awful lot. I used banana flavored protein powder and it added such a nice flavor to the mix. Then I added the oatmeal. I found that it also freezes quite nicely since it does make an awful lot. A nice treat to have with my lunch every day.
can I get the oats and whey protein at walmart, we have limited resources in the panhandle of Oklahoma and also I don’t own a microwave, so how would I do this in the toaster oven
You sure can. 🙂
