Great idea. My pink walking cast and I walked in place with lots of arm exercises. Great show guys. Thanks for thinking of a way to include us all.
Is wish I had seen your post earlier I would have done the commercial burn. What a transformation!! My new Fitbit HR Charge is coming this week so I can’t wait to see the results.
We record all of our programs so we don’t have to watch commercials; however my stationary bike is parked in front of the tv and I only watch tv/recorded programming while riding the bike. 2 hrs, I can burn 800-1000 calories.
