Hello my name is Brynne. In May I gave birth to an amazingly beautiful baby girl! I have lost a good amount of baby weight by working out and eating right but these last few pounds are killing me! I would love to have some product and know it would help me cross that finish line!
I have been on a constant yo-yo roller coaster with my weight for the past few years.. I’ve had 3 kids and cannot seem to lose the 35 lbs I need to. Are these products effective for someone trying to only loose 10-15 pounds? If so, which products would be best? Are the shakes supposed to be used as meal replacements?
