Yep…I think more a variety of CHOICES, keeps things fresh for our journeys. Logging starts today for me! something to keep me accountable and look back on to see progress! Visual aids WORK for me! Also…those success stories totally inspire and keep that hope alive! Does your family have more than 24 hrs. in your days??!! You do it all, where do you get your time from, to do all that you do? Hi Heidi & Chris, I haven’t bought your book yet. I’m just learning about it now. I started watching your show 3 weeks ago. I love it..So, If I buy the book, will it tell me how much carbs on a low or high day and what carbs I should be eating on those days? As of right now, I don’t eat, potatos, pasta, rice, popcorn, breads..They don’t agree with me too well. But, I’m really hoping someone can asnwer my question. It really sounds like a great book.
Need to get this one soon! I bought the food carrier last year and someone took one of my containers from work! My co-workers laughed when my timer went off and said “Time to Eat!” I need to get back in the cycle and discipline.
