What you are both doing is helping people & letting us know that change is possible. All we have to do as viewers is set our minds and take action.

    You and your husband are both an inspiration to me. For 10 years I’ve been battling my weight. I stumbled upon your show on the ABC app, and I’ve been a faithful follower ever since. I’ve been searching for this book in my local stores, but to no avail so far. I love reading your blog & the tips you & Chris put out there for folks like me that don’t make it onto the show, yet are determined to put obesity behind them.

  5. I have always follow u off and on but in the past few months I started to watch your show plus like u and Heidi on Facebook and follow on Instagram. Seems like I can’t get enough of u 2 lol . I have to lose weight but first I have to get my mind in order or I know I won’t lose . Have lost my weight before and gain it all back plus more. But if I don’t get pick I def will go out and buy it . Thanks for the chance though .
