  1. Love dance, kick-box, pilates, calanetics.. simply everything that fullfils me by energy and happiness. Let?s move! 🙂

  3. i want to try suspension band training! and also want to run a marathon!i know i can do it! you both helped me to see there is nothing i cant acheive !

  4. Crossfit. I am so interested but at the same time so intimidated by it.
    It’s also expensive at times

  6. A few of these have indeed been around already for a long time like resistance bands and dancing. The others are certainly popular.

  7. I have not tried CrossFit yet but have heard great things about it. I started a boot camp this summer that is similar to HIIT. I love it! They also teach us cleaning eating. Which has been a struggle but I feel tons better when I stick to it 🙂
