I love HIIT, would love to try hot yoga. I told a coworker that I wanted to try hot yoga and he said, ” you live in Arizona just go outside!” Lol I got a kick out of his comment.
I would love to try the suspension band training..I am not familiar with it so I might have to google it! 😀 But I do love some HIIT!
