  1. I would probably like all of them except hot yoga and would love dancing if I didn’t suck at it. lol

  2. I tried TRX 2 weeks ago with my personal trainer. I loved it!!! The exercises she had me do (like squats & lunges) were way deeper than i can do without the TRX. It was an incredible workout and i hope she will lead me through another session again soon. i have even considered buying a set to use at home, take with me to work and share with my husband for his workouts. He tried it also and can’t wait to do it again.

  3. Pilates, Bodypump, and Zumba…with a little bicycle and treadmill… All week..EVERY week! I’ve lost 120 pounds and gained tons of confidence doing them!

  4. I love dancing…I do Jazzercise 5x a week. People have the very wrong idea about Jazzercise….40 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of weight training. Funnest hour of my day! I’ve tried Crossfit, didn’t love it!

  5. I would like to try hot yoga or hit I can do the dancing but for mabe 3 songs on the wii but I get wiped out quick. I just had a breast reduction.. I was told today I can start swimming.. any ideas of what other things I can do?

  6. Would love to try Crossfit, Love all the others Hot Yoga is my favorite followed by TRX

  7. I have to agree. Someone asked me recently if I thought CrossFit was a fad – the truth is that most of the exercises used in CrossFit are powerlifting and calisthenics that have been utilized for ages. They have finally been grouped under one umbrella and marketed to the mainstream. Whatever gets people interested in exercise is great!

  8. I guess you would call Insanity workouts High Intensity Interval Training and that’s my favorite! My favorite Insanity workout is Max Interval Circuit, which is working super, super hard for 3-5 minutes of circuits and then getting a 30 second rest. I do that for about an hour and that’s Max Interval Circuit!
