By far the best fit was decision I ever made was the decision to join crossfit rise. Crossfit is one of the most intense and rewarding workouts ever. The community feeling at the gym makes doing hose strenuous workouts so much easier. From the coaches to the fellow crossfitters everyone is so encouraging. For anyone who is interested I highly recommend it. Constantly varied functional movements caried out at high intensity! I have been crossfitting for a month and know exactly why it is Powell approved!
I love Hot yoga!! I go about once a week to change things up! Such a good workout!
Other then the bands used for TRX, what would make it different then CF? I really enjoy CF, but I always come across a long term commitment issue. A CF box requires 4 days and then a rest…I made it to 6 months when I lived in Okinawa. Any ideas on how I can trick my mind back into that long term commitment??? LOL
Make a promise to yourself and just take it a week at a time. You can do it!

I love Zumba dance! The rest is new to me. I am not much of a yoga person but would like to try the others. I definitely need to mix up my routine to maximize the benefits.
