I heard a lot good things about TRX and crossfit. Those a 2 things I’d like to try.
I tried trx about a year ago with a beginner class at the gym and the teacher was horrible. He went really slow and only did 1 set of 10 for each exercise so I never went back. I just recently had a trainer put me thru trx again and I got such a great workout and loved it I went and ordered one for home. Its to expensive for a gym now but trx is portable. love it!
LOVE me some Zumba! I’ve always been a fan of dance (since I was three) and using it for exercise almost feels like cheating. It’s great! I’m intrigued by HIIT and may look into giving it a try once I welcome baby number three next month.
I would be interested in trying crossfit.
And maybe HIIT.
Ahhh… I really want to try Suspension Band Training! It looks like a lot of fun and totally challenging in a whole new way. I’m guessing that it would work muscles that I probably have never used before, I’m looking forward to finding a class near me 🙂
1. HIIT followed very closely by CrossFit
Heidi, I work out with Trainer Tony strictly on my quads. We use the TRX and various other intensity exercises. I had both knees replaced at the same time a year ago last year. I’ve lost 50 and have more to go. Love what you and your hubs do.
I hate feeling overheated and I have plantar fasciitis (even 10 minutes of walking causes pain).. what regimen can I begin with these issues?
Have you tried swimming? Also look into getting a well fitted pair of shoes. Visit your local running store that does free fitting to get the right pair. It can make a world of difference.
HOT Yoga!!! I love it! I feel amazing after.
