  1. I love this list!! I have yet to try crossfit(at an acutal gym), but I incorporate a lot of the movement in my daily routine. I am dying to try yoga, much less hot yoga, and HIIT is the way to go!! Great list!

  2. I have heard great things about Hot Yoga and would really love to give it a try! I enjoy cardio and weight training, but think this would be a great addition to my routine!!

  3. Heidi – any tips for getting into #1. I love all of 2-5 & have been interested in starting Crossfit. However, I’m a little overwhelmed by all that insider stuff posted on the WOD. I feel like I only understand about 1/3 of the exercises as posted!!!

  4. I love HIIT/tabata and yoga. I would love to try Crossfit but the gyms in my area (Ontario, Canada) are super expensive ($200/month!)

    might try some TRX but the dancing will have to be just for fun when no one is looking! Hehe

  6. I already love yoga so I would try hot yoga but I need to do something that is a little more. Dancing and I, we aren’t friends lol. I’m not coordinated at all.

  7. I love dancing. It?s been six years now, since I began. Although I?ve just started crossfit to incorporate some adittional exercise to my routine. You and Crhis are so motivating. Last night I came back from my three hours exercise routine and nevertheless how tired I was I could not stay away from the TV watching your show. Kisses and huggs from Argentina!!
