  1. my absolute favorite is dancing, but then I am a ZUMBA instructor 😉 but I would like to do more HIIT

  2. I’m trying to find one exercise that will help me lose weight. I’ve been exercise to brazil now for about five weeks but its too slow in losing weight! Someone told me in order to lose weight by having high intensity?! But like what?? Any ideas? I’ve been thinking of join la fitness and ask trainer to help but problem is that I’m deaf so it’s hard to go anywhere where communication obstacles in working with me ughhh…I saw chorus on tv show and wish he’s my trainer as he speaks very clearly but only if I still live in Avondale, az ill get Chris grin! Solo help?! What exercise that will help me shape my body and lose weight rather going for lipo?!

  3. I think trying the HIIT or TRX. They seem great. I want something to where I feel I am being pushed to my limits. It would have to come with a Trainer though because I don’t have anyone here to keep me on my toes and I am a procrastinator :/

  4. My trainer at my local Fitworks club is so wonderful. He is spot on with everything and encourages me along the way. When I “fall” and get discouraged with my progress or lose my motivation he is right there helping me back up rather then condemning me for not being more dedicated. He understands we all have our setbacks from time to time but being negative about it does not help the person but rather makes them feel more like a failure. I have seen that happen with friends who had a trainer that put them down for not trying as hard. That is wrong wrong wrong. Thank you for being such an inspiration to us all.

  5. So I’ve yet to try Crossfit, but I want to someday. I currently do Shaun T’s new T25 at home. I have done Bikram Yoga, that was a tad too hot, but I hear Hot Yoga is a little bit “cooler”. Thanks for the fun list and all you do!

  6. I LOVE crossfit! And To ease the mind of those of you who are apprehensive my husband and I were very out of shape beginning crossfit and we have seen some amazing changes within just months! I love seeing you and Chris putting in crossfit movements on the extememe weight loss show.

  7. Hot yoga is amazing! But it helps to go regularly, I don’t recommend it being a once in a while thing! I’m so happy that dancing is on this list! It is one of my favourite ways to get a good cardio workout in!
