  1. I’m a fan of HIIT and weight lifting. I want to try bands and running, but for some train, running terrifies me! Myworkouts have become habit only in the last 4 months, so I’m hoping that as my fitness level increases, I’ll be more comfortable with trying new activities. Thanks for sharing your picks!

  2. I really want to try Crossfit but it is so expensive. There’s only one place nearby that offers it and they don’t offer a free introductory class. But, I read yesterday that there’s some great do-at-home cross fit exercises on you tube so I might check those out.

    Right now, I alternate my workout DVDs and add in running a few times per week. I have a weight set in our bedroom that I need to use but I never “remember” to until I’m laying in bed at night.

  3. HIIT has changed my life! A 25 minute morning run, alternating between fast and slow, elevates my mood immensley, and increases my burn during weight lifting!

  4. I have yet to try crossfit, but I do a lot of exercises that are similar to it. Maybe one day I will give it a try. I absolutely love HIIT!! No more long hours spend on the treadmill and elliptical!! haha

  5. I would LOVE to try Crossfit. I have heard about it from a lot of friends but haven’t been able to get to the gym. I think it is a great and encouraging way to pursue the gym life…

  6. I’d love to be in good enough shape to be able to try Crossfit and HIIT. I’m not sure what Suspension band training is.
