  1. You said it eat 30min. After u get up.. I get up at 300am but then I sleep on a bus on the way to work.. I start work at 630am should I start eatting
    at 330am or 700am?

    1. Which ever way works for you just as long as you get all 5 meals in by the end of the day. 🙂

  3. I’m good at starting a lot of things like exercise routines but my problem is sticking to it. Anything you can do to motivate me I would appreciate.
