Sense then I have gained back 40 pounds and I keep trying to get back on track and the weight just isn’t going anywhere… Encouragement to keep going would be amazing… Love you guys and all that you do! My dream is to compete in the cross fit games someday. Dream big or Go sit on the couch!

  4. I’m not a mom (57, never married), but I could SO use this video encouragement from Chris. Lost 150 lbs., but stuck for the past 1 1/2 years with almost 50 lbs. to go. I keep sabotaging myself! Have always struggled with feeling worthy. People tell me I’m amazing and during this 6-year journey I’ve been blessed to inspire others–but I don’t think I quite believe it myself. Love you, Chris. Thank you for caring so much for those of us whom much of society considers weak or lazy or gross or invisible. You are a gift.

  5. I’ve restarted my weight loss journey January of this year. I’ve lost 25 pounds with about 100 more to go. This time I want to be the lifestyle change that sticks. I’m tired of doing the yo yo dieting and then gaining more weight after having lost some.
I have a small support system but no one really lies to voice their encouragement. They watch from the sidelines. In my mind its because if been on a kick before ad failed. I guess part of me thinks they’re waiting on that and seeing if this time works before getting behind me.
I’d like encouragement from Chris telling me to keeping up and to look how far I’ve come and that I have the power within.

  6. I would like to know how to get myself motivated and not make excuses. I use to teach group exercise classes and I am the mother of three teenagers. I am constantly going but have no energy and need to make time for myself! I have been married for 15 1/2 years and just want to have energy again. I am 35 years old. My name is Frances Chaney

  7. I would love a personal message from Chris. I need to hear how I’m worth more then the number on the scale. I need him to tell me how to get past the mental block that keeps me stalled and not able to get out of the twos. I would like to hear Chris give me that pep talk that only he can give so I can play it over and over until it sticks in my head that I can do this !! Thank you

  8. I would like to Nominate my wife Jessica Short. She became a mother at the age of 19th due to the terrible circumstance of being raped and becoming pregnant. I met Jessica when she was three months pregnant and knew their was something special about her. On April 17 2007 she gave birth to a beautiful little girl names Maddilynne. She chooses to raise, love and adore maddilynne on a everyday basis. Since Maddilynne’s birth we have gotten married, 5 days later left for a deployment to Iraq, i have adopted Maddilynn, Had a beautiful son, lots of transitions and she has auditioned twice for EWL 4 & 5 this year becoming a semi finalist but not making it to finals week to ultimately live her dream of meeting you and chris in person. Jessica Follows Chris’s Carb Cycle plans as well as follows you on instagram, facebook and is constantly looking for healthy alternatives for our family. She has been through hard times but every time you post you shine a light into her health journey and i am so thankful for that. As a United States Marine who is 125 pounds its hard for me to understand why she doesn’t see the beauty i see on a daily basis. She exemplifies what a mother is.. strong.. Courageous.. Beautiful.. Caring and most of all Compassionate. She is beautiful on the inside and out and means the world to me and our children. She has lost 86 pounds in the last year and is finally down under 300. She would love a video message from Chris and yourself. Just to tell her to keep moving, working at being healthy and living life fully. She keeps those promises to herself on a daily basis and i have no doubt hearing it from y’all on Mother’s day would be the best gift i could ever give her. Even if she doesn’t get picked thank you for giving my wife a little bit of light in her darkest hour. I will never be able to repay you for that.

  9. My mom Vickie is amazing. She raised four very successful children and has since bettered herself by going back to school and finding herself through testing her limits, exercising, and living more healthy. She has encouraged me to live better and I have found my love of exercise. Over many obstacles, she has found triumph. I couldn’t be more proud. Her name is Vickie Sigley.
