Chris and Heidi,
First of all, I want to thank you for all your help! I am a mother of one beautiful daughter yet a “mother” of three! I care for my niece and future step son as well. I was raised loving cooking, but in all the wrong ways. You two have been an inspiration to me, my fiance, and all our children. We have learned to eat, cook, and love healthy foods as well as getting in our exercise! Its hard sometimes with both of us working full time, to fit in the time to cook and work out, but thanks to your motivation, we have accomplished more than we have dreamed! We LOVE eating dinner, and taking family walks around the neighborhood together. Did I mention my fiance has gone back to school!? We are so excited to show our children that good education, food and exercise pays off! Between my fiance and I we have lost 50 pounds in the past few months by following your ideas and we just wanted to say thank you! Happy Mothers Day to you, Heidi!
Thanks again,
Maddie “Mother” of 3!
I’m entering my mom because she works with the mentally and physically challenged and doesn’t take the time to take care of herself. I’d like you to send her encouragement on losing weight and offer tips/suggestions on how she can accomplish this with her busy schedule. She loves to cook and take care of others but I want her to take care of herself so that some medical problems she has will no longer be an issue because of her weight. Thanks again.

My moms name is Gail. My name is Kelly. My mom is pretty much indescribable because there are no word big or kind enough. In 2008 my mom was over weight and almost lost her life to renal kidney failure. To think that i was only 27 years old about to lose my bestfriend. Terrifying. We spent the week of Thanksgiving praying that she fights through this. To our surprise she did just that. In the new year of 2009, my mom went on the hardest journey of her life. Weightloss. Everyday she measured her food,.started walking and never gave up. My mom is here today because she never quit. Losing over 100 pounds!!! She has maintained her healthy weight and still has a healthy eating lifestyle. She is inspiring, kind, and so very caring. I do not know who id be today if she was taken from me in 2008. Her strength and commitment to her health and her family is absolutely breath taking. I could only hope to be half of the beauty that displays. She is an honorable woman who I love so very much!
Hi Chris and Heidi,
My name is Kimberly and my mom’s name Patsy Burris. I believe she could really benefit from your advice. I don’t think there is a better mom out there. She is one of those mom’s that will give you the shirt off her back. She helps me with my kids (takes a village), helps all of her siblings when they need her, friends and just anyone who needs help.. she needs to slow down and take care of herself. Growing up she was Mom and Dad since Dad wasn’t around. She’s been going to the gym frequently but some motivation wouldn’t hurt!
THANK YOU GUYS!
Kimberly

My mother is someone who deserves to be happy and healthy. However, she doesn?t see it. She?s turning 50 years-old and is kind of person who has never stopped and thought about herself, ever. She will work, care for her children but not herself. I?m 25 years-old and my mother still cares and wants to help me. I believe it?s time for me to help her. My mother loves dancing and loves humor. I would love for Chris to come out dancing with sunglasses on, wearing stripped socks, smiling and cheering for my mother as she steps into her weight loss journey. I would love Chris to tell my mother that it?s time for her to be happy. My mother loves Chris? positivity and he is someone that will help motivate her to want to conquer her diabetes. I would love for Chris to tell her that there?s still time to be happy and time to accomplish goals that she wants but in order for that to happen she has to push herself and do it! She has to believe in herself! I would love for Chris to tell her that she?s never alone and he believes in her. Having a video sent by Chris would be the best Mother?s Day present she could ever receive. My mother would be so grateful just to watch him and hear his encouraging words. I want her to feel hope. It would truly be a meaningful and sentimental gift. Thank you so much!

I would like to Nominate my wife Jessica Short. She became a mother at the age of 19th due to the terrible circumstance of being raped and becoming pregnant. I met Jessica when she was three months pregnant and knew their was something special about her. On April 17 2007 she gave birth to a beautiful little girl named Maddilynne. She chooses to raise, love and adore maddilynne on a everyday basis. Since Maddilynne?s birth we have gotten married, 5 days later left for a deployment to Iraq, i have adopted Maddilynne, Had a beautiful son, lots of transitions and she has auditioned twice for EWL 4 & 5 this year becoming a semi finalist but not making it to finals week to ultimately live her dream of meeting you and chris in person. Jessica Follows Chris?s Carb Cycle plans as well as follows you on instagram, facebook and is constantly looking for healthy alternatives for our family. She has been through hard times but every time you post you shine a light into her health journey and i am so thankful for that. As a United States Marine who is 125 pounds its hard for me to understand why she doesn?t see the beauty i see on a daily basis. She exemplifies what a mother is.. strong.. Courageous.. Beautiful.. Caring and most of all Compassionate. She is beautiful on the inside and out and means the world to me and our children. She has lost 86 pounds in the last year and is finally down under 300. She would love a video message from Chris and yourself. Just to tell her to keep moving, working at being healthy and living life fully. She keeps those promises to herself on a daily basis and i have no doubt hearing it from y?all on Mother?s day would be the best gift i could ever give her. Even if she doesn?t get picked thank you for giving my wife a little bit of light in her darkest hour. I will never be able to repay you for that.

My name is Kelly Faas. I am 50 years old and the mother of three fantastic adult daughters. I also have a fantastic husband, Paul. In September of this year I will be a grandmother for the first time. I have lost 50 pounds and I am down to 250. I follow Weight Watchers and I have joined a gym and have started walking on the treadmill. I have hit a plateau and I need some encouragement that I can continue, get over my laziness and succeed! Being a mom to adults is totally different than being a mom to children. I feel so old and past my prime. I wonder why I am bothering some days. Trying to lose and not seeing progress is frustrating. I just keep plugging along! Any encouragement is greatly appreciated. Thanks and you both inspire me!
Hello my name is Jarred Ferguson and I’m going to keep this short and simple. My wife is the one that I would love to get the message from Chris. We watch the show religiously and she has been battling with the up and down with her weight loss. We have two girls 14 and 11 and she homeschools our 11 year old. So I’m sure you could understand the hard times she has with that. I just want her to get a message to help her stay on the right path of her losing her weight. I tell her she is beautiful just about everyday and she just doesn’t think so as much as I do. I know this is completely random how they are picked but she could sure use it. Thanks
Wife’s name is: Amanda Ferguson
I am: Jarred Ferguson (Would be best husband ever)
My moms name is Renee. My name is Janna. My mom is an incredible woman. She raised me, my brother, and sister for many years as a single parent. But she never missed our sporting events, functions, etc. we had a tough childhood, but my mom is the strongest person I know! We always made it through the issues. She also took care of both of my grandparents when they were dying from cancer. She really needs this video because all these years she has taken care of everyone except for her! She has started walking and is trying to eat better. She isn’t happy with herself and has a lot of weight to lose. An incredible message from Chris would be the motivation she needs!!!! She is the best ever! I can’t imagine my life without my mom. She isn’t only my mom, but my best friend! P.S. If she wins I would love for Chris to tell her salt, condiments, and dressing are her worse enemies!!! Also eating once a day is hurting her, not helping her!
