  1. I would like to enter my daughter, TamaraSue Damron, she has llost about 60 pounds and has turned her life around wonderfully. She’s a mother of three boys , I’m so proud of her she’s never had any acknowledgement of her success and it would make me so happy to give her the credit she deserves. Thanks so much, Tamara’s mom Sandra Conn.Love your show and you have a beautiful family!!

  2. I would love to nominate my mother Teresa Riley for this award. She is having a hard time mentally getting back into a healthy lifestyle, She eats poorly and is very sedentary. I have tried to talk to her about it, she just says I am having a hard time mentally getting into it. She had her first heart attach at the age of 44 then 4 years ago had a triple bypass surgery. She has slowly slipped back into the bad ways of eating and needs boost! This message could be the thing to help her. I have started my journey 5 weeks ago and lost 17 pounds already. Please give her a shout out, she really really needs it. Thank you! Stacy Davis

  3. Chris is so inspiring, it would be wonderful to hear from him. At the beginning of this year I weighed myself and saw 300 for the first time, and I told myself that enough is enough. I’ve spent my 20s in the 200s, I turn 30 in September and I refuse to spend my 30s in the 300s. So far this year I’ve lost a bit over 50 pounds by eating cleaner and starting to exercise. Chris’ Boot Camp DVD is one of my favorites. I can hardly walk when I’m done with the beginner program, but it gets easier every time! But I’m getting to a point where things are slowing down, and I don’t want to lose my motivation! I think a message from Chris that I could keep and revisit when I need a boost would be incredible. Chris and Heidi you are the best and thanks for all you do!
I am: Julli (pronounced like Julie)

  4. Hi! I would love to receive a video from your awesome husband! I am a mom to a 4 year old little boy named Tobin and a 2 year old little girl named Marley. I suffered 3 miscarriages before Tobin was born and I really lost hope that I could be a mom. My kids and my husband are my world. I stay at home with them and I cannot say every day is easy, but my kids make me a better person. After having suffering with severe pregnancy nausea, I had gained 50 lbs after Marley was born, because I felt like eating again! I lost it all to be healthy for me and my family. I love you guys and cannot wait until this season of Extreme Weight Loss!

  5. My name is Dawn. I am a full-time stepmom to 3 teens & mother to a 4 y.o. Every day life is a full-on, go all day long, too much to do/not enough time kind of day. My stepkids are my kids, as I’ve been raising them for over 6 years. This year has been a year of highs & lows, but also a shift in perspective. I have lost 20 lbs since January, gone through many changes–letting go of needing to perfect or control everything & everyone, but also trying to take more time for myself & my health instead of taking care of everyone else & leaving myself behind. I’d love to hear from Chris for added encouragement to keep working hard. I still want to lose 20 more pounds.

  6. My m is an inspiration to me. She has lost 60 lbs this year and looks great. I on the other hand who have had two beautiful children have gained that and am now a 5’8 220 lb woman who wants only to be able to keep up w her kids and hectis life. I work full time, taking nursing courses online but soon will be attending class on campus and I am scared to gain those extra lbs studens tend to gain.please advise me how to blast through 35 lbs and stick w something. I can’t seem to push myself, I don’t sleep enough and I’m too busy. Help

  7. My name is Jessica Taylor and I am a single mom of 3 small children ages 7, 6 and 3. I work full time in between trying to carve out time for me to exercise and lose weight. For years I’ve struggled with my weight and am sorry to say, have deleted many pictures of the kids and I as a result. I’m so uncomfortable in my skin and want nothing more than to get healthy and feel good about myself! I love your show Chris and Heidi and I really look up to the two of you. A personalized motivational video from Chris would be the perfect Mother’s Day gift!!!! Pick me!!!

  8. My name is Connie. My mom has passed away, so Mother’s Day is always a little sad.She was a very strong woman and a great example to me. She worked hard, loved her family and took good care of herself. She taught me to be strong and love life. I have a wonderful husband. I teach 22 kindergarteners. I have three grown sons and seven step daughters.Life is busy. I workout 3 mornings and 3 afternoons a week. I’d like Chris to keep me motivated to keep going. I’ve lost 8 inches do far & 15 lbs. Thanks!

  9. Hi Chris, I would like to enter my mother. She’s 72 rs old and after being overweight most of her adult life she has finally lost weight and looks so great but unfortunately she was also diagnosed in January with Pulminary Fibrosis. Now she just focuses on when she’s going to die. I would love to have you tell her to focus on living each day to the fullest and not worry about when she will die. To enjoy each day that she has. We are actually giving her a surprise birthday party in June so this would be such an amazing gift to her. It breaks my heart to see her focus on how long she has to live instead of living each day as a gift.

  10. Good Morning!
I would love to have Chris send a video to my mother Teresa Riley. She has a serious health history (several heart attacks and bypass surgery and COPD). I told her about my own progress recently eating better and exercising. Her response was she just couldn’t do it. She mentally can’t get it together to do it. I think she just needs that incentuve. Just a positive message. I would love it too. I am down 10 lbs in 5 weeks byjust eating better. I would greatly appreciate any support for my mother who us really sown right now. She’s a fighter that just needs her fight back! Thanks! Stacy Davis
