  1. Hi I’m Kristen. I would love more than anything to be reached by Chris or Heidi. Im a single 25 y/o mother of an 8 y/o. I have strated my weight loss journey after being diagnosed with lupus which in effect has caused many other medical problems. I worked with a trainer for 3 months and loss 30 pounds however since than have struggled to keep it off and put 20lbs back on. I would love to learn how to manage my eating and keeping faith. Lord knows that’s the hardest part. I am currently restricted to hit the gym but even home programs I’m willing to take on to get back on track! I am desperately trying to get back on the right path. Please help. Thanks ?

  2. My sister is over weight, has been for at least 10 years. She just had a baby and lost a bunch of weight while pregnant. I am trying to get her to not sabotage her weight loss by keeping up with an exercise routine. She has a home treadmill…. I keep saying just do 10 min a day. So easy. She has zero motivation. Her baby should be her motivation. I get she was raped and we have major daddy issues but baby grace has to be priority one.

  4. Hi I hope I am not too late to enter. This has been a crazy month for our family. My 9 year old son had two brain tumors removed with two different brain surgeries two days apart at children’s hospital in Phoenix. He has been a trooper all his life dealing with epilepsy, cyclic vomiting syndrome, sever adhd, and now recovering from two brain surgeries. As his mom it’s been a really rough and long road. I try to stay upbeat but it can be hard finding motivation and time for myself after taking care of him and his 3 year old brother. I like to run distance but it’s been hard to do much of anything during this past month. Today i read heidi’s post about we are perfect with our imperfections and it was just what i needed to hear! So thanks for the motivation and i would love to be entered into the mothers day contest to keep that motivation coming! Thanks

  5. Greetings Heidi,
My wife is an awesome mother. I would say she pours her life and heart into her kids in every way possible. Play time, school work, dinners, she is all in, 100%. She is also an amazing model and is trying to educate our kids on how to be healthy and eat healthy. She works out from home every other day, 10-15 minutes. She loves it and the kids follow her when she they are home. She prepares fruits and veggies, fish and tofu, flax, hemp and many other things way beyond me…and the kids love it. What she does may look like it comes easy and naturally but I know that it is not always easy for her. She respects Chris greatly (as do I) and I know she would love to have a personalized message from Chris to encourage her to continue on the path she is on (for our kids and for me). Her name is Myriam (Meer-ri-am). My name is Mark. Hope I am not too late. Thanks!

  6. I would love to hear words of encouragement from Chris. I watch all the episodes to Extreme Weight Loss and Biggest Loser. I struggle with finding things that I can do to lose weight due to health issues. My weight issue became more of a struggle after a near death experience from a surgery about 5 years ago. I also struggle with stress eating. I know that I have to not only lose weight but work on fixing what is broken internally that probably led to the beginning of my weight loss. So any steps to help me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for letting me tell you brief details of my struggle with weight loss.
I have submitted this for myself
My name is Tammie Kee(pronounced key)

  9. I have been watching extreme weight loss since it came out. I use it and biggest loser to keep me motivated. To date I’ve lost 115lbs. I have 19 more to go to get to my goal of 170. That’s right I was 304lbs at my heaviest. I would love to hear a personal message from Chris encouraging me as I finish this journey.
