I hit a low point at 265. After my second child, I weighed more after 6 months post pregnancy than I did when I gave birth. I was deeply depressed and in a downward spiral. On December 8, 2013 I woke up and said enough is enough. I counted calories and started running. I run 3 miles a few days a week now. I’ve lost 37 lbs and have 70 more to go. Every day is a struggle. I love reading the Powell pack messages every day for inspiration. I need all the inspiration I can get.
Mom: me, Andi S.
My wife’s name is Stephanie. I am Judd Huff. I am so proud of her because she has lost 25lbs and 3 sizes so far on her journey since January 2014. Zumba has motivated her to make the gym a priority 4 days a week. Stephanie has been watching her portions and eating healthy, even when we have family events and go out to eat. She wants to lose a lot more and I KNOW she will succeed! She teaches third graders and is a very selfless person. She is a mom to two wonderful sons. We all support her in her endeavors. We love watching your show and I know she will be inspired by any message from Chris. Facebook: Judson Huff. Twitter: @nebolakejames #PowellHunkGiveaway
One year ago, I began my transformation and Chris’s show has helped me stay on track and motivated me to want to help others.
I’m a single mother of a beautiful 5 year old girl, and want her to know that it’s okay to focus on yourself and be the best person you can be. I also want her to know that it’s important to be healthy and help others whenever possible. We love watching Extreme Weight Loss together, and of course agreeing how handsome Chris is! 😉 (P.S. Happy Mother’s Day, Heidi!)
I need the extra something this mothers day. My mom passed away last uear and during her illness I didnt think about myself. Now 6 months later I am spiraling and dont know how to start. I weigh 330 pounds and need direction and guidance to move forward and make myself a priority. Help me.
Tell my mom that she is a strong, beautiful and perfect woman and mom. You always put others first. Us kids, the people you help at work and even caring for other peoples babies like they are your own. You drove me states away to make me happy. This is your time mom. Time to take care of you. Watching you exercise encourages me to try and be more active. Seeing you choose an apple over ice cream makes me want to try and be healthier. I hope I can be more like you. I haven’t always been the best daughter but I will try better and I love you. My mom is Rebecca Koontz and I am her daughter, Jolie (like Julie but with the o. Jo-lie). And this was from all of us, Josie, Jolie, Ashton and Aiden.
My mom’s name is Michelle. I am Candice. I bought her Chris’s Choose More, Lose More For Life book for her birthday because she is constantly putting her family before herself. Due to her age, and me in the medical field (she worked two jobs to pay for me to go), I was worried about her health. Not just her physical health though, but her mental as well. I noticed she was forgetting things, mixing things up. Her physical health needed help too. Her skin was red and pale all at the same time, she was particularly gaining weight in the abdomen. You see, she’s the most selfless person I know. She traveled with my brother and I taking us to rodeos and schools. She worked day and night to provide for our family. She read your book and for the first time in as long as I can remember she did something for herself. She never complained once about the program though I’m sure she had her own internal struggles. She deserves this because she’s the definition of perseverance. My parents are going to Alaska this summer for their anniversary and proud to say she bought a bikini. Best of all, she’s sharp as a tack again. I don’t see the mental fatigue and exhaustion getting the best of her anymore. Thank you for giving my mom her life back, and the confidence to take care of herself. And it all started with a birthday gift.
My name is Randi and I am a mother of 3, Justin is 4, Bella is 2 and Geno is 1. Before I had my children I had just gotten into shape, was finally happy with the way I felt and looked. Oddly my weight loss goals started as a way to prove a point to a friend that was having a hard time losing her weight. Since then I haven’t been able to find the time ( or the energy) to be able to get even close to my pre-pregnancy weight. My first and most important priority has and always will be my family, even if it means that my goals are set aside. I have watched every episode of Extreme Weight loss and if I actually qualified I would definitely try and be apart of what would without a doubt be one of the best things to happen to me. I would love to be able to win your book, it would be just like my bible. I have not had that muc support from my family to get back to a healthy livable weight, and I believe the extra push and confidence boost from Chris would be very uplifting to not only my soul but my confidence in myself to reach my goals.
I’d love for Chris to tell my mom Lynn what an amazing mother she is that she is good enough and needs to focus on herself more the. Everyone else once in awhile. She recently got a knee replacement and is using it to her with a new outlook on life but I think she could use an awesome inspirational person like yourself to tell her that she’s worth it! We love watching your show and often watch it while we’re at the gym sweating so we can pretend you are talking to us! Thanks so much for the consideration Chris!

My mom Debbie White, along with my dad Paul, adopted me 32 years ago this year. My mom is the biggest fan of me and my biggest cheerleader. While I have struggled she has struggled along with me. This past year my moms knees have deteriorated and she has come to realize that her activities she loves are slowly slipping away. If I could have chris tell me mom these four things it would be
1. You are still my hero
2. You can still do the activities you want to do…
3. Your Family Loves YOU
4 HAPPY MOTHERS DAY
My wife and I have had a challenging year and she’s now beginning to work on trying to get healthy for several reasons. Our only child was born this past May with a unexpected cleft lip and palate and she’s spent all of her time concentrating on our daughter and her needs. She has had two surgeries so far and many obstacles to overcome but she’s doing great now and we have a break in surgeries. My wife blames herself but their isn’t a medical explanation to why our daughter was born this way. My wife, Marli, is trying to overcome many emotional issues that cause her to struggle with any diet. She needs all of the encouragement and help that she can receive because she gives so much of herself to our family. We love to watch your show together and I know she would love to receive a video from you!
