  1. Hi!!!! I would like to nominate myself 🙂 I would love Chris to tell me words of encouragement. I was injuried in the army and after having twin girls, I am now 198 pounds. I have a goal for this year to lose the weight, get back to my prebaby weight and enter Ms. Buffalo bikini competition. Chris has showed so much compassion in his work with people and I would love if he could show me support in this hige journey. Thank you so much!

  2. Hello Heidi and Chris,
My mom is truly the woman who keeps my whole family together. Not just my dad and siblings, my grandparents, uncles, aunts, everyone. We all go to her when something happens. We all lean on her and she accepts this without complaint. She gives us hugs when we need it, tough love when we need it, words of wisdom when it is necessary and her constant undying love. Without her I truly do not know who my family would lean on in a tough situation. She is also on a weight loss journey. I would love Chris to tell my mom that she is an amazing, strong woman. That our family would not be complete without her and that she is an inspiration of strength, power and love. Also to tell her that it is fine to not always be strong and that at times it is fine to show she is hurting just like the rest of us. Showing you are hurting is not a weakness. Also, she can make the changes in life to lose the weight for good. I would just like Chris to encourage her and ensure her that she can lose the weight! I know she can and she does to, but sometimes she forgets that it is ok to focus on herself!

  3. Hi. My name is Lisa Jordan. I am a mom of two and I work full time as a special Ed teacher. I have struggled with weight all my life. I am currently 275 lbs and feeling very desperate for some inspiration. Have not been feeling well and I know my weight has a lot to do with it. I am having a really hard time managing my family and taking care if myself. I have always put myself last but I really need some advice how to find time for me. Love you both very much and give you lots of credit for running a family and a beautiful career!! Hoping to hear from you!!

  4. I am a mom of 2 and have been a mom to many. I’m also a grandmother of a beautiful little almost 2 yr old boy, and at 51(May 10th) I just signed up for the tough mudder in August in Maine. I’m scared SH$&LESS Please tell me I’m not Crazy! And what should be my focus be for training? I’m going to die aren’t I?
I keep getting life insurance policies sent to me….tell me I’m not going to die!
    😉

  5. My mom’s name is Gaylynn Pearce. She is the nicest person I know. She always goes out of her way to makey sure everyone is happy even at her own expense. She has been through so much this year. Her mom died early this year and then just recently she was let go from her job. She has been struggling with weight loss and that has been another thing that keeps her down. I would like for her to hear that good things are possible through positive thoughts and they can happen to her.

  6. Hi! My name is Connie , im a mother of 2 toddlers and a military wife .
We have lived overseas for about 7 years . It’s just nice to hear from time to time people our thinking of us and support us . I haven’t been able to visit the US for awhile now . I would love to hear from you !
    My best ,
    Connie

  7. My name is Crissy and I just really need some encouraging motivating words from Chris. I have been heavy all my life, have dealt with depression most of my life. I need to lose this weight because I have a 5 year that needs his mommy healthy and has energy to get out and really keep up with him and also to teach him to be healthy so he doesn’t struggle like I have. My husband and I also want another child but afraid to because of my weight. I had a really life threatening labor with my son (AJ) and my husband refuses to try again because he is afraid with my weight he might lose me and leave behind two babies that need their mommy. I absolutely love Chris’s inspiration and the love and concern he puts into each contestant on extreme weight loss!!

  8. If I could, I would nominate my mom. When she was 50 she decided she wanted to get fit after raising 4 kids. And she proved it was never too late – ran every morning, rode her bike 25 miles every afternoon. I’m now 43, and not a day goes by when I hit the treadmill or bang out my strength training that I don’t think of her and thank her for the example she gave me that it can be done at any age. BUT, I can’t thank her. My mom passed away and this will be my 3rd Mother’s Day without her. We lost her to cancer in August of 2011. She was diagnosed with cancer and died only 10 days later. It was a devastating loss, to which I turned to junk food for comfort. I’m working so hard to lose those 25# I gained, and little by little I’m getting there. I love your show, your books, your inspiration, and the example you and Heidi set forth. And I love that my two sons (9 & 11) will watch with me. They marvel at your strength and we discuss health and nutrition and I feel like my mom is with us every time, leading with her example. I guess I’m nominating myself because I could just use a pick-me-up. The expert I respect above all others to encourage me, inspire me. Push me to work even harder to finish what I’ve started. I feel that this extra weight is the one thing that is a constant reminder of losing her. I guess I need a hero. I am: Debbie

  9. I need all the support and motivation for the weight loss journey that I am in. I have been starting and stopping with no success for many years now. I need someone to tell me that I can do it and that I should not have such low self esteem. As much as I want to tell myself these words, it doesn’t help unless I know someone believes in me.

  10. Hi my name is Tiffany and I am a mother of 4 wonderful children (ages 3 months-9 yrs) and an Army wife to my husband Matthew. I have struggled with my weight since I met my husband 14 years ago. My wish is for Chris give me some advice/tips to help me with weight loss while juggling 4 children and being pretty much a single mother after my husband deploys in September 2014. I would love to just shock my husband when he returns with a fablous weigh loss! I have always put everyone else first and I find it hard to do things for myself. I know that I need to so that I can be around for my children for many many years. It is wonderful to watch Chris and Heidi changing so many peoples lives.
    Thank you,
    Tiffany Townsend
