CONGRATS!!!Kathleen!!! (I’m Jealous!!)

Love yall! U and Chris is a inspiration to all and thank you for what yall doin!
I am a 42 year old high school counselor/volleyball coach. My current weight is 171 pounds. Last year this time I weighed 195 pounds. Most of my weight I lost the first 7 months. I haven’t lost any since then, I do crossfit/crosstaining every morning for 30 to 60 minutes. I really want to get to a healthly weight and I know my biggest enemy is eating right. I just can’t seem to balance work, coaching, family, and having time to fix all the nutritional things I need. I have twin boys that live at home and they need to eat, so I feel like I have to fix and have all these things around so they can put on more calories.
I am probably a stress eater, yeah I would say say. For instance Friday was a stressful day. Breakfast was good, I had a egg wrapped in tortilla shell, then lunch came and I had a stressful morning work and other things. So I went home had a piece of fried fish, 4 donut holes, and a bowl of cereal:( I felt horrible, after doing it. That morning I just went and ran 3 miles in 33 minutes. So, I just through away everything that was good for me in that one moment.
Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks so much!! You and your husband are such an inspiration to me and my family. We watch your show every week. Thanks again.
Congratulations Kathleen!!
