This delicious healthy fudge recipe is perfect for your kids? after school snacks! Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and all-natural ingredients make it a wonderful go-to treat to keep their bodies full of the energy they need. Warning: These will quickly become Mom and Dad?s favorite too!!

Makes 48 servings

1 16 oz Jar Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/4 Cup Natural Honey
2 scoops 100% Natural Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Cups Gluten-Free Oats

1. Heat peanut butter in the microwave for 90 seconds.
2. Add in honey, stir.
3. Mix in protein powder.
4. Combine oats with peanut butter mixture.
5. Spread evenly in 9×13″ pan, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
6. Cut into 1 1/2″ squares, and enjoy!

Each 1 1/2″ fudge square has: 110 calories, 5 grams of fat, 12.5 grams of carbs, 1.1 grams of fiber, and 5.5 grams of protein.

  1. Is the whey flavored? I can’t tell in the picture! Also where do you guys get whey from? I’m trying to find a grassfed version that has more per container than what I use now, which is sfh. Thanks!

Heidi do you have a cook book? my son is 11 and is 130 i am trying to help him lose weight but i am running out of ideas of what to make for him that he will like and is healthy i am going to make these bars so he can eat every day i was looking for something to use as a placebo effect to tell him it makes him know math so he can put in his brain that he can do math that he knows it and at the same time lose weight

  3. I just have a question I work out 6.times a week I’m just not so good at the food part. These pb protein bars u make with natural honey I make them with agreve is that bad?

  5. @Michelle, yeah it is 2 cups of protein powder but when you cut it up into little squares, its not bad at all <3

  6. I made these! They are fabulous and I feel like im cheating when I eat these! hahahaha! They are extremely filling and if you have a sweet tooth! *Wink* chik (that sound you make with your mouth when ya wink lol)
