HP_BookCover

It is with so much excitement and pleasure that I bring you this HUGE news! Chris? and my book, Extreme Transformation: Lifelong Weight Loss in 21 Days, is SO close to being done! So close, in fact, that we FINALLY have a book cover!!! YAY! This book is truly the best one yet. While Chris and I have always been a team, and I have helped contribute to the planning, ideas, and content of the previous two books, this is the FIRST book that he and I are actual co-authors on. This is truly a dream come true for me?a dream I never even knew I had until I started this crazy ride with my man!

We are so proud of the work we have put into this book. Along with the many, many, MANY hours, we have literally poured our blood, sweat, tears, and years of experience into these pages. We know our comprehensive guide to transformation will change millions of lives, and cannot wait for you all to get your hands on a copy!

The book can be found on stands December 22, 2015, but until then, you can preorder Extreme Transformation: Lifelong Weight Loss in 21 Days on Amazon.

Thanks for your continued love and support. Without it, none of this would be possible!

Xoxo,

Heidi

    1. Hi Michael: In “Extreme Transformation,” you can sub your favorite vegetarian protein source for any meat-based protein sources in the recipes. I hope this helps! 🙂

    1. Hi Missy: Chris and Heidi recommend doing your Metabolic Missions first thing in the morning, and then you can do your Accelerators whenever they fit best into your day. 🙂

  1. Powell team: I love the results I’ve had with the extreme cycle from your recent book. I have lost 50 lbs and have more to go. The last 3 months I have plateaued so I am now trying to track my calories / macros on my fitness pal instead of using ballpark amounts (fist, palm, thumb). I use mostly my own meals. Can you tell me if the breakfasts should be included towards the total day’s macros and calories? I use one of your overnight oatmeals and find that on low carb days, it uses up most of my carbs for the day in the morning. Second question is regarding vegetables that are ‘free’. I was thinking I could not count those into my macros / calories too. Is that right? Thank you for clarifying. I also have been trying the Turbo cycle as an alternative to the extreme cycle to see if I could get some results with that. I have also been following the 3 week cycle with a sling shot week and that has not been the trick for me to get out of this plateau. Thank you for your help!

    1. Hi Lisa: Yes, every meal and snack contributes towards your daily macros goal, and you’ll want to keep track of the macros from any veggies also. You’re doing awesome!!!

    2. What kinda of protein powders are you using for the recipes in the book? I noticed that they ask for two, vanilla and chocolate.

    3. Hi Gia: Chris and Heidi recommend low-fat, low-carb protein powders with around 20 grams of protein per serving. 🙂

  2. Hi I bought the book through the audio books from IBOOKS and I can’t find the PDF attachment 🙁
    can someone help me out!

    1. Hi Elisa: It can be tricky to find the PDFs for “Extreme Transformation.” You can 1) contact the help center where you purchased your audio book or 2) if that doesn’t work, you can contact the publisher directly at [email protected] and they will be happy to help you!
