Here are some of my favorite prep and organization tools:

  1. Very cool to have a peek in your refrigerator! I wish the Bod-e was sweetened with Stevia!!! I would totally drink them. I do love the vemma and verve products, though.

  2. I wish I could have seen the fridge before you’d cleaned and organized it…something about being super transparent that I love!

I have seven children so we go through a bunch of food. I follow the carb-cycling lifestyle and I have a really cool caddy that I got super cheap that I fill with my hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, pre-measured plain greek yogurt, almonds, etc. So I can just grab my food and go! Also, the kids never have to wonder if they can eat something that I might have planned for my meals. I’ve got a blogpost coming on low-carb life hacks…I’ll try to finish that up soon!

  3. Thank you for sharing your life with us, Heidi. You are such an inspiration and a wonderful role model to women everywhere. As a working mom of 2, I struggle with what to feed my kids when we are in a hurry. This was super helpful to see what your kids can grab and go. Thank you for opening up your life, and your fridge, to us. <3

  4. Hey Heidi! That is for sure not Tupperware! 🙂 If you need some Tupperware, contact me! Love that you shared your fridge with us and gave us some helpful tips along the way!

  5. So cool to sneak a peek at what you eat on a daily basis.

I had no idea you have kidney issued. I have chronic kidney disease and although I feel fine, I am always weary of all the protein most diets require to build muscle. I would love to see a post about your kidney issues and how you would tailor diet/food choices for this with impaired kidney function.
