  1. I also commented on the Carb Cycling blog too .. I’m very interested in this cycle to help lose weight and to become healthier. Right now, I don’t see how to fit 5 meals (although they are smaller) into my day. It seems hard to eat within 30 mins of waking up, especially since school has started and my mornings are chaos and not to count for the fact that I am definitely not a morning person! However, I’m desperate to lose weight! Any ideas on some quick breakfast items that are healthy and quick on the go? Would love to win the book for more insight and help!! Thanks!!

  4. After watching Chris last year and this year I bought Choose To Loose. Reading thru it now. I lost over 100lbs doing the ketosis diet, it has plateaued after a year, was looking for something new to try. Started following Chris Powell on Facebook and reading up on carb cycling and ready to give it a try. Once I finish Choose To Loose I will start reading Choose More, Loose More For Life!

  7. Hi Chris, my name is Norma, I have a 9 year old son named Anthony, he was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome when he was born on December 31, 2003. He now weighs 120 pounds! He’s on a strict diet if 600 calories a day and has sleep apnea. He swims everyday which he loves, we go on walks as far as he could go, which he also enjoys, because he loves to count the stop signs. I have tried everything to help him loose weigh, but he hasn’t he will loose a pound, but then he gains. I don’t know what else to do, I will love it if you can give me some advice on what I can do to help my son. He loves vegetables and fruits, he loves healthy foods. Do you have any food recipes of 600 calories I can make for him and for us as well. Please help I really need it.
