Please share info on your “liquid gold” drink!!
Hi Love the the article of what’s in your fridge what is the sweetener you add to water if you can say please.
What is the recommendation for using coconut milk rather than almond milk? I’ve read that the store bought almond milk is more water than actual almond milk.
Hi Jennie: Coconut milk is not recommended due to the high calorie count and fat per serving. For example, a cup of lite coconut milk has around 180 calories and 16 grams of fat, while a cup of unsweetened almond milk has around 30 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. Hope that helps!
The coconut milk I buy shows only 45cal and 4g fat per 8oz serving (has organic coconut cream and coconut water). It’s organic and unsweetened. It’s a little more than almond milk but does provide a creamier taste to the shakes. Maybe you were thinking of the canned version?
Lol. Yes, I was. This should be fine then! 🙂
You guys are THE cutest couple!
Hi Heidi Powell Team!
Heidi is always offering advice and tips for other people and I just heard in the video she has some kidney issues so I thought I would let her know of what I use.
I was getting UTIs and kidney infections monthly so I finally saw a specialist and she recommended Ellura. It’s a cranberry supplement that has changed my life. I no longer get infections and don’t have to drink gallons of juice.
If Heidi is ever looking for something new she can try them! 🙂
*FYI: This is 100% my own opinion and I am not sponsored by any company or doctor.
I LOVE the tip about pre washing, cutting and storing fruits and veggies! We throw away produce too often and I love the convenience and clutter free look!
Loved this!! I was hoping for an update to the last blog you did on your fridge. I’m also very curious about the water flavorings you guys use.
I wish I was rich enough to afford a fridge that huge. Their fridge is the size of my fridge and freezer combined.
The fridge Chris has in the closet is what I have in my kitchen…. it works just fine for us.
Would love to know what stevia sweetened flavor you add to your water!!! Please share!
So you and Chris still support Vemma drinks?
Why wouldn’t they? Nothing better on the market. Vemma isn’t going anywhere 😉
