Meet the Powells: Where Do We Get Our Energy From?

From the outside, it may appear that Chris and I have these crazy-unlimited reserves of energy on tap and ready for use at all times!! In fact, we have gotten several questions over the past year asking how?we have as much energy to do what we do with 4 kids, workouts, EWL, other work projects, and everyday life in general. The answer to that question is simple, yet one you may not expect. Check out the video below to see where this magical energy comes from,? or if we even have any at all!

  1. I used to be 180 pounds of lean muscle, a second accident to my brain (car accident) in 2004 caused me to finish work, my dad died of cancer that year and my wife wanted a divorce.
Ive been fighting against meds, lost my fitness, gone to 280 pounds and rising, no job as drs are confused over wot to do, i have a neuro consultant giving me meds i dont need! A psychiatrist throwing meds at me as their confused, but i needed little meds when in the gym and my best time was working! Can you help or is your show really just a gimmick? I praise the lord its not and you can help me in some way? Kind regards x geoff

    1. Hi Geoffrey: Thank you for your post and for sharing your story with us. You have definitely been dealing with a lot! Casting for “Extreme Weight Loss” is currently closed, and Chris and Heidi truly wish they could personally help everyone, but they’re not taking on clients right now. But you can begin your transformation journey today with the same program they use on EWL, and you can learn about their carb cycling program here: https://heidipowell.net/9060. And be sure and follow all the links within the post too. It’s also best to discuss any nutrition and exercise program with your healthcare team first and then follow any modifications they might recommend. Make that first promise to yourself, choose a cycle, and go! You can do this!
