Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! My husband and I love hiking together!! New hikes, new adventures, new memories! And it gets your heart rate up!
Hi!! My husband and I don’t work out together much! We just had our first baby in June, so one of us handles the bubba while the other gets a workout in. We’re still adjusting to life as new parents which includes getting back into shape for both of us! (he’s gained almost as much pregnancy weight as me?) We love your family approach to fitness and would love to participate in this challenge! ??

Chris is a huge gym goer, but when we workout together, I love to do anything outside. Walks and hikes are my absolute favorite!
I love to run with my twin sister who is my much better half!
My boyfriend is a crazy weight loss story! He was 230lbs and was very unhappy with his physique and made the change in his lifestyle. He lost 60lbs and feels better but is still hungry for more.
I was unhappy with my body as well so I made the choice to compete in my very first bikini competition. I dropped 40lbs of fat and gained 7lbs of muscle but I am still looking for that extra push to get the healthy fit body I have strived for. We love to go hiking on the weekends whenever we can squeeze in time together. We would love this opportunity to work with you and Chris!
Besides walking our dog together, my favorite thing to do (working out 😉 is fine tuning a lift. Taking a difficult lift, like snatch, and just taking our time developing the flow of the lift then finding out personal best in that lift is hard but so rewarding. We use to lift together every week, but this last year the stress of life has gotten to us and the 40+ lb weight gain we each are now carrying is proof. I really think this challenge can help us get back to living and lifting as a team.
My wife and I really enjoy taking spin classes at our gym. We also really like to lift weights together.

My and my Girlfriend like to go on as much hikes as we can with our dogs so everyone gets out of the house, Besides hiking we like to hit the gym everyday before or after work. learned a lot of what we do at the gym from watching past videos of the both of you working out, We do really anything to keep up moving and active.
