Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Hi! My boyfriend and I love going to the gym together, we both have stayed very active in the last 3 years we’ve been together. We are good at motivating each other but would enjoy a new program to challenge us. ?
My fianc? and I love strength training together! We are gearing up for our wedding and would really love to get fit for our big day!!
As of now we don’t have a favorite workout together, because so far we haven’t stuck with a workout together. I will say, every time I’ve wanted to try something new 9 out of 10 my husband will try with me. I would love for us to stick with a plan to see serious results. We will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in May of 2018, and would love to be celebrating not only happy, but our healthiest!
I love being able to work squats, deadlifts and pull-ups with my husband. He prefers that sort of workout style and I like being able to show him my gains over time. Plus it let?s me check out his sexy legs ?
wgeb we work out together, we prefer to be outside. Hiking the trails, bike rides along the same trails, and when weather does permit, we hit the gym together.
Well first off I want to say I really love you guys and all you do! I’ve struggled with my weight for years. My husband has always been in shape and by my side if I ever needed anything. He is 11years active duty Army and has participated and won multiple fitness competitions. We both have lost a little motivation lately and this would be an amazing opportunity for us. We have started back up at the gym in the mornings and my favorite thing to do with him is lift weights. We are both learning but I love to be able to work and learn with him every chance I get. Hello! My man and I love to go on adventures in the woods hiking, swimming, climbing, whatever will help us stay active and enjoy some beautiful scenery. Bonus fun if we bring our pups!
Our favorite activity is hiking with my dog at a local park!
My hubby and I don?t work out together as much as we use to but our favorite active thing has been riding our bikes on outdoor trails. As for workouts…he likes first thing in the morning and I prefer evenings after the kids go to bed. We need to get better at holding each other accountable! But a challenge would be great for us!!
My husband and I just like doing anything together. We have three boys and will take the time alone! It could be running or just going to the movies!
