**Congratulations to our free entry giveaway winner?Danielle Duncan!**
Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉
But really, with these kind of results (see below), how could we say no to a round 2?! So once again, Chris and I are collaborating with Oxygen Magazine for America?s Fittest Couple Challenge …part 2. This time…we are switching things up a bit with ALL new workouts, videos, recipes…and really a program you will NOT want to miss!!
Now before we do the GIVEAWAY for a FREE America’s Fittest Couple Challenge 2 entry, I want to go into a little more detail…this time around, we are focusing mainly on aesthetics while still maintaining your strength and performance?it?s all about building those beautiful muscles and shredding down! While many of you said you loved the workouts, nutrition plan, and recipes, the one big request was that you needed the program to be faster and even more convenient. Ask, and ye shall receive! This year’s program is better than ever?quick, convenient, and even more transformative than before.
Ready for the best part?! This year’s winners will receive an all-expenses paid trip to Hawaii AND a weekend getaway to train with us! We were so inspired by the thousands of transformations we witnessed last year, and we cannot wait to see even more this year!
Want to jump start you and your partner’s results? Start with this quick workout below! Let me tell you, it’s tougher than it looks and will leave you burning. BONUS: It can be done right in your living room with no equipment.

Golfing!!!! It’s our new passion!
Our absolute favorite activity we enjoy doing together is HIIT based workouts and strength and conditioning style workouts
My husband and I love to run 5ks together and we love to hike with our kids and dog. I work at a gym as a trainer, but when he can come train with me, he?s my trainer and pushes me more then I even push my clients. He?s active duty military and has been so supportive as I transitioned from being a stay at home mom and military spouse to a personal trainer. We love to compete against each other, but also support each other in all of our endeavors!
Me and my partner love doing anything outdoors – hiking, running, circuits – whilst enjoying the beauty of this world ??
Hiking in the canyons with my husband and our 3 Siberian Huskies!
When we just had our first son we had more time. We would hike a lot! And I even began doing karate. My husband is a 3rd degree black belt. Unfortunately, as much as I loved it I didn’t get very far. No we have two more boys: 4 & 17mo. I’ve definitely lost myself. And I’m tired.
My hubby and I love training for races together and being super competitive in EVERYTHING!
Our favorite active thing to do together is head to the gym. Our 10 year anniversary is in January and we?ve spent so many hours in the gym having fun and supporting one another. It?s strengthen our relationship and we?re truly one another?s biggest fan and cheerleader. ??
Definitely love trail running with my husband, but we can’t always do it together now that we have a 3 year old and a 3 month old! Now we do circuits in our playroom “gym” together or hop on our treadmill and bike trainer once the kids are in bed 🙂
My husband and I really just like to spend time outside together and as a family (weather permitting). His schedule is ridiculous because of the type of job he is in. He does 12.25 hrs 3 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off he does that for two weeks then switches to night shifts same thing 3 nights on 2 nights off 2 nights on 3 off for two weeks then back to day shift. So when we can we are together walking or running after the boys while they are riding bikes, pushing the stroller. He goes to the gym after he is done with his shift and when he gets home from day shift that’s when I go to the gym. Night shift he stays over in the mornings and works out and then when he wakes up I go to the gym before he goes back in. We can’t work out together unless for some reason we didn’t go to the gym one day and we work out in our living room while the boys are sleeping. If we can’t be together we send each other gifs over messaging to show encouragement.
