Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! Unfortunately it is watching tv…but with kids away at college and hubster on pre-diabetes meds…we are changing our ways and cleaning up our diet and walking.
My husband and I just got married in August in Brazil and he moved here to the USA. He’s looking for a job now that he has finished his doctorate and we’ve been going to the gym to keep our positive spirits up while we blend our family and wait for his immigration papers to clear so he can work! We’ve both packed on some pounds this summer with our wedding travels as well as his ACL surgery a few months ago. We love hiking (with our sons), riding bikes together and swimming!
My hubby and I like to do everything together from running, biking, going to the gym, and hiking with our kids. Although with 3 kids we don’t get to workout together as much as we used to.
My husband and I like to take our 3 kiddos to the park or trampoline gyms.

My favorite thing to do with my hubby is dance. …The dance with no pants! ? We also love to go on walks together, and have a goal to get fit as a couple to strengthen our marriage, since the journey together is much sweeter than living a newer, healthier lifestyle on your own.
Our family loves to hike together- all 6 kids and hubs and me! We’re a party wherever we go and we LOVE spending time together<3
Our favorite activity to do together is either hiking or working out. We love doing anything active. But we can?t go wrong with an occasional movie night 🙂

My husband and I do resistance training together, cardio, partner workouts, plyometrics, and other cool stuff! He’s a trainer, and we both admire you both soooo much!! It would be a dream to workout with you both!!
