America’s Fittest Couple 2 Workout + Entry Giveaway

Gosh, every single time I look at all these amazing results from last years America’s Fittest Couple Challenge, I am floored! The changes made in such a short amount of time were phenomenal, and the best part is all of the success stories we’ve heard about how AFCC actually strengthened relationships! We always say…the couples the play together, stay together! And by play…of course we mean workout! 😉

  1. We are a blended family of 5 kids. We?re always so busy with the kids, but we really enjoy working out and lifting together. It?s a great ?date time? together! We help challenge and motivate each other. Love those times together! ???????????

  3. My boyfriend and I enjoy hiking together, and walking our dogs. We are always discouraged to go to the gym because we are both full time students. Sometimes it feels impossible. I think it?s time for both of us to get help because we seem to just eat our stress/feelings.

  4. I love hiking in the mountains with my hubby. But honestly anytime spent together is amazing, regardless of what we’re doing. Life is so crazy busy.

    We love to play basketball, soccer volleyball. Pretty much any sport you can name. We also love going to the gym together and being outside. Anything that can get us outside and doing something, especially in a competition we love!

  6. My husband and I love to hit the weight room at the gym. We also love to get fit with our pup doing sprints at a nearby hill!

  7. To be honest, we like watching our favorite TV show together when the kids go to bed. I would love to learn how my wife and I can develop and learn better health routines that will inspire us both for a healthier life together.

  8. Our favorite thing to do together is ride bikes! We hit a goal of riding 10 miles together! To some it might seem like nothing, but you us it was a great feeling!

  9. I like doing crossfit with my sister, Tiana. Since we are twins, I think there is innate need to do better than the other. My sister and I live in different states, but use your transform app to continue to challenge each other.

  10. My husband and I love to hit the gym and lift together! We have a son who is almost 2 and lifting weights did wonders for helping me lose the baby weight!
